Hey, y’all! I am Lexie Hoffpauir, a communications and marketing professional who believes in the power of authentic storytelling to connect people and build strong organizational cultures. Throughout my career, I've found that the most effective communication strategies are those that genuinely reflect an organization's values and invite people to be part of something meaningful.

My passion for communications and connecting people led me to the Communications and Leadership program at Gonzaga University. I'm now in the final stages of completing my Master's degree with a focus on Global Leadership—a journey that has helped me discover what I truly love most: building bridges between diverse groups and developing leaders who can do the same. This passion has led to the development of Pauir Consulting and the initial training module for Beyond Borders and Boardrooms.

Pauir Consulting is the culmination of a personal leadership journey, founded to guide others through the same transformative path I experienced during my Master's program at Gonzaga University.
